If not the best then one of the best all time footballers Liverpool FC and the British football fraternity has ever had. I heard your name several times on football talk shows in my native town of Takoradi, Ghana. Back then i  didn't know you much until that night in Instanbul, through your heroic display you deepen my love for both LFC and yourself. You showed me giving up is not an option in any circumstance. This keeps me going all the time. You adorn the 8 jersey and made Kopites happy with your beautiful goals and excellent display. Off the pitch no bad  news was heard about you like other football players. You never won the EPL nor the Ballon d'or but that's cool. You worked hard and won for youself many awards and ten major trophies for LFC both as a team player and a captain. Captain Fantastic/Mr. Liverpool as most people call you in my native Ghana, you won  the admiration of many football witnesses. Though the media and the haters may still bring up the bad times the good things you did out weighs them. As you leave Anfield my love for the club goes down but still YNWA is embossed on my heart because i believe you will return as a manager someday.
